By 2014, Sudhish A. Nair had already spent two decades immersed in the hospitality industry — understanding the precise standards behind a seamless check-in, the discipline of consistent service, and what it truly takes to make a traveler feel at home. After twenty years of mastering hotel operations from the ground up, he set out to build something of his own, founding Stride Hotels Pvt. Ltd. in 2014.

Stride began as a specialized hotel management company. Sudhish and a lean, focused team took on underperforming properties, rebuilding guest experiences, refining service standards, and restoring their financial health — earning a reputation for turning overlooked properties into genuinely well-run hotels.

As the brand grew, Stride took a deliberate step forward: moving from managing other people’s properties to leasing and operating resorts directly, taking on four distinct properties across Kerala’s varied landscape — from misty hill stations to backwater coastlines. Under Stride’s hands-on management, each property grew steadily, earning the trust of both guests and property partners.

That shift marked Stride’s evolution from a hotel management company into a genuine hotel ownership and investment enterprise. Today, Stride Hotels owns two signature resorts in Kerala directly, alongside three properties operated under long-term lease agreements — a portfolio built one property, and one guest relationship, at a time.
